Shipping and Returns


We ship within the USA, to Canada and to many other countries around the world. We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.



The Free Shipping option must be selected as your shipping method during checkout in order to qualify for the offer.


USA ORDERS; Free Shipping Over $99 + Free Returns

If your order is shipping anywhere within the USA and the total comes to $75.00 or more (before taxes), simply select "Free Shipping" as your shipping method when you're ready to checkout. 


CANADIAN ORDERS; Free Shipping Over CAD $130 + Free Returns + Free Import Duty

If your order is shipping anywhere within Canada and the total comes to CAD $130.00 or more (before taxes), simply select "Free Shipping" as your shipping method when you're ready to checkout. If the value of your order is less than CAD $130 you will be responsible for any customs and import duties payable.



We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on orders over $250. Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by country and are subject to customs delays. Additional duties and taxes are not included in the price of each product and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. We calculate all prices and charges in U.S. dollars. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. 

Shipments outside of the USA and Canada may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. WearEasy does not take responsibility for possible fees.



It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. It takes about 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to fulfill orders. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you decide which shipping option is right for you and the gifts you'll be sending.

But sometimes we're out of stock, and it might take a bit longer. But don't worry, we'll always let you know in advance. Our merchandise is sent by airmail from USA, to anywhere in the world. International orders may be subject to customs duties & taxes.

This is a busy time of year for us and our carriers, so we can't guarantee that all orders will be delivered by December 21st. But you should still place your orders by these dates for your best chance to get them on time!

The customer must email any requested changes or cancellations of orders to Changed or canceled orders will then be confirmed via email. We cannot guarantee that changes to or cancellations of online orders can be made once they are processed, however, we will do our best to accommodate any requested changes prior to shipping. In the event that an order cannot be changed or canceled, please refer to our return policy. WearEasy reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer’s billing information cannot be verified or does not coincide with the delivery address.



If you're unhappy with the product you've received, then we'd be happy to take it off your hands, or replace it, provided you contact us within two weeks of receiving the product. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process and 5 to 10 business days for the refund amount to appear back on the customer’s account.

Customized products, e-gift certificates, underwear, lingerie, and swimwear may not be returned or exchanged.

Customers must notify us of a defective product within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Customers should email with a description of the defective item, photographs, and the order number. Once the return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for a defective item and provide an equivalent replacement item.
