We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on orders over $200. Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by country and are subject to customs delays. It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. It takes about 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to fulfill orders. If you're unhappy with the product you've received, then we'd be happy to take it off your hands, or replace it, provided you contact us within two weeks of receiving the product. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process and 5 to 10 business days for the refund amount to appear back on the customer’s account.
Customized products, e-gift certificates, underwear, lingerie, and swimwear may not be returned or exchanged.

DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS
Customers must notify us of a defective product within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Customers should email email@example.com with a description of the defective item, photographs, and the order number. Once the return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for a defective item and provide an equivalent replacement item.
