USA ORDERS; Free Shipping Over $25 + Free Returns
If your order is shipping anywhere within the USA and the total comes to $25.00 or more (before taxes), simply select "Free Shipping" as your shipping method when you're ready to checkout.
CANADIAN ORDERS; Free Shipping Over $50 + Free Returns + Free Import Duty
If your order is shipping anywhere within Canada and the total comes to $50.00 or more (before taxes), simply select "Free Shipping" as your shipping method when you're ready to checkout. If the value of your order is less than $50 you will be responsible for any customs and import duties payable.
We offer FREE standard shipping worldwide on orders over $150. Shipping and handling times for international orders vary by country and are subject to customs delays. Additional duties and taxes are not included in the price of each product and they are the sole responsibility of the customer. We calculate all prices and charges in U.S. dollars. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders.
Shipments outside of the USA and Canada may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. WearEasy does not take responsibility for possible fees.
It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. It takes about 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sale days) to fulfill orders. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you decide which shipping option is right for you and the gifts you'll be sending.

The customer must email any requested changes or cancellations of orders to firstname.lastname@example.org. Changed or canceled orders will then be confirmed via email. We cannot guarantee that changes to or cancellations of online orders can be made once they are processed, however, we will do our best to accommodate any requested changes prior to shipping. In the event that an order cannot be changed or canceled, please refer to our return policy. WearEasy reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer’s billing information cannot be verified or does not coincide with the delivery address.
If you're unhappy with the product you've received, then we'd be happy to take it off your hands, or replace it, provided you contact us within two weeks of receiving the product. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process and 5 to 10 business days for the refund amount to appear back on the customer’s account.
Customized products, e-gift certificates, underwear, lingerie, and swimwear may not be returned or exchanged.

DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS
Customers must notify us of a defective product within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Customers should email email@example.com with a description of the defective item, photographs, and the order number. Once the return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping for a defective item and provide an equivalent replacement item.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It is extremely important that you review and approve custom monogram, text, artwork or imagery. WearEasy will print your custom product EXACTLY as it is entered during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the customization, as WearEasy does not allow returns/refunds/credits on a custom product.
Due to color variations in monitor screens, web color representations of the printed custom product may vary. Custom products are final sale, and WearEasy does not accept responsibility for monitor screen color deviations. You must be very cautious when using bright neon and pastel RGB values in your print files.
If we do print out the un-qualitative image, then it will be blurred, stretched and the edges will be pixelated. Generally not what high-quality online stores should be aiming for. All images should be submitted in no less than 150 dpi, however, if your image has fine details, we suggest submitting the image at 300 dpi. So that in the case that you’re printing on dark garments, the white under base won’t be visible.
Always remove backgrounds! Even if you’re printing on a white garment and you think it’ll be fine if you leave the white background – don’t. It may cause quality issues.
These are not recommended in DTG printing because the white under base will be showing through those semi-transparencies, creating a very speckled look, which can often look poor quality. We suggest using 100% opaque (solid) colors only. Use half-toning to achieve a similar “glow” effect.
We suggest submitting your print files in .png or .jpg. You should avoid PDF files, Illustrator files, and vector files as they don’t always convert properly (they end up printing hidden layers, or there can be missing fonts).
RETURN POLICY (for Personalize Design)
All customized product is final sale. We cannot accept the return of non-faulty goods because the bespoke product has been produced and customized specifically to order, therefore impossible to reuse.
