It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. It takes about 2-5 business days to fulfill orders. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. If you haven't received a tracking email and it's getting close to the end of the estimated delivery window for your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we'll get back to you with the tracking information.
WearEasy is not responsible for import duties/fees on orders shipped internationally (Outside the USA & Canada). Taxes and duties are to be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by each individual country.
We have a 100% refund policy. If you're unhappy with the product you've received, then we'd be happy to take it off your hands, or replace it, provided you contact us within two weeks of receiving the product.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original packaging. Items such as user personalized design products, undergarments, swimsuits and certain household items cannot be returned.
The USA and Canada Orders
Customers based in the United States and Canada have 14 days to return merchandise for any reason from the date they receive it. We will pay for the return shipping.
If your item is returnable, please note: Items arriving after the 14-day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Our customer service team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a packing label for you to use.
Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you're unhappy with. Wait for our response. We make sure to reply within 24 business hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancelations to your order.
Discount codes may not be combined with other discount codes, promotions or sales for a greater discount, unless otherwise stated on our website during an exclusive promotion or sale. Exclusive Discount Codes that are only redeemable for a certain period cannot be added to an order after the promotion has expired.
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
Frames are first wrapped in tissue paper to protect them from scratches and are then wrapped in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Finally, they are wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.
